As a consulting firm specializing in automotive service and sales, IQ Auto Solutions' Terms & Conditions are designed to outline the terms governing the activities of visitors on our website and the relationship between visitors and IQ Auto Solutions. These terms are tailored to the specific needs of our automotive consulting services. They provide us with the necessary legal protections and ensure transparency and fairness in our interactions with clients.

IQ Auto Solutions - Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing any services from IQ Auto Solutions, you ("the Customer") agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Service Description

IQ Auto Solutions provides consultation services to review, assess, and advise on automotive repair estimates from third-party repair facilities.

Our consultation is an advisory service only. We do not directly perform repairs.

The customer is responsible for providing a repair estimate of at least $800 to qualify for the $150 savings guarantee for the Automotive Service Consultation.

3. Savings Guarantee

Our savings guarantee applies only to estimates totaling the the required dollar amount.

Savings are determined based on:

Identifying unnecessary repairs.

Negotiating lower prices for services or parts.

Suggesting alternative repair facilities with better pricing.

Declined or avoided repair services count as savings if deemed unnecessary.

If we do not identify savings of $150 or more, the customer may request a refund for the consultation fee.4. Customer Responsibilities

The customer must provide a complete, accurate repair estimate from a third-party repair facility or OEM dealership.

The customer must provide their contact information, including email and phone number, to facilitate communication.

The customer agrees to provide any additional relevant information needed to accurately review the repair estimate.

5. Consultation Process

After purchasing the consultation, the customer will receive a link to upload their repair estimate.

Our team will contact the customer within 24 hours of receiving the estimate to begin the review process.

Our review will categorize repair services into three categories Safety: Critical and Urgent repairs.

Recommended: Repairs that are advisable but not immediately necessary.

Not Needed: Repairs that are deemed unnecessary, frivolous  holds no value or has no tangible benefit for the service.

We may provide an alternative repair option within a reasonable distance if beneficial.

6. Disclaimer and Liability

IQ Auto Solutions is an advisory service only. We do not directly perform repairs and are not responsible for the quality of work performed by any third-party repair facility or OEM dealership.

Our recommendations are based on industry knowledge and best practices. The customer is responsible for making the final decision regarding any repairs or services performed.

We are not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred by the customer as a result of following our recommendations.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable if we fail to identify $150 in savings on qualifying repair estimates ($800 or more).

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving our consultation.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

8. Privacy Policy

Customer information, including contact details and repair estimates, will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing the consultation service.

We do not share customer information with third parties without explicit consent.

9. Modifications to Terms

IQ Auto Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
