Refunds are not available for completed consultations where advice, recommendations, or support have already been provided.

If we are unable to contact you within 24 hours of purchase as guaranteed, you are eligible for a full refund upon request.

Savings Guarantee:

For Automotive Repair consultations, our savings guarantee ensures a minimum savings of $150 on qualifying invoices or agreements valued at $800 or more.

If our consultation fails to identify or secure at least $150 in savings on qualifying invoices or agreements, you may be eligible for a refund of the consultation fee.

Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days.
Non-Refundable Conditions:

Refunds are not available for consultations where the customer fails to provide required information (such as repair estimates, vehicle details, or contract documents).

Refunds are not available for DIY & Technical Support consultations once instructions, advice, or troubleshooting have been provided.

No refunds will be issued for failure to achieve savings if the customer declines recommended actions or fails to follow our advice.
