IQ Auto Solutions Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility:

  1. Consultation Services:

    • Refunds are not available for completed consultations where advice, recommendations, or support have already been provided.

    • If we are unable to contact you within 24 hours of purchase as guaranteed, you are eligible for a full refund upon request.

  2. Savings Guarantee:

    • For Automotive Repair consultations, our savings guarantee ensures a minimum savings of $150 on qualifying invoices or agreements valued at $800 or more.

    • If our consultation fails to identify or secure at least $150 in savings on qualifying invoices or agreements, you may be eligible for a refund of the consultation fee.

Refund Request Process:

  • To request a refund, please contact us at resolve@iqautosolutions.com with your:

    • Name and contact information.

    • Purchase date and order confirmation number.

    • Reason for the refund request.

  • Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days.

Non-Refundable Conditions:

  • Refunds are not available for consultations where the customer fails to provide required information (such as repair estimates, vehicle details, or contract documents).

  • Refunds are not available for DIY & Technical Support consultations once instructions, advice, or troubleshooting have been provided.

  • No refunds will be issued for failure to achieve savings if the customer declines recommended actions or fails to follow our advice.
